In terms of measuring progress, how do you factor in looking for opportunities beyond your current employer?

Hi, apologies for the late response. It's been a busy week. Hmm, this is a good question. I advise that you can consider both internal growth within your current role and external opportunities in the broader market. This means that you are focusing on your current role, upskilling, hitting KPIs and being super amazing but at the same time, you are putting yourself in positions where you are informed and have access to opportunities. So when you are ready to leave your current role, you already have opportunities waiting for you.
