Hi Superstar,
It’s the last newsletter for the month of November. I chose this title when listening to “Highs and lows” by Hillsong Young & Free on Saturday by 1am. The lyrics resonated with me and made me remember every win, losses, gratitude, tears and happiness that happened this year.
Life is full of ups and downs. The trick is to enjoy the ups and have the courage during the downs. Life will always give you enough highs to appreciate the lows and enough lows to never take for granted the highs and depending on which swing of life you focus on, the more high to lows or low to highs we will enjoy.
Sometimes the lows are needed to awaken the many blessings of the unknown. And even the highs can serve as a distraction short lived. The one thing that will get you through the steep lows and fast pace highs is your vision. Life is not about avoiding pain and bruises. It’s about living fearlessly and sometimes collecting the scars which prove we had the courage to show up for it.
One day, you will tell your story of how you overcame what you went through and it will be someone else’s survival guide.
