Hi Superstar,
Happy New Amazing Month.
It’s really mind-blowing how on the 1st of April, I was on my bed contemplating starting this newsletter and wondering if any one would subscribe. Fast forward to the 1st of May, I’m writing remote opportunities and success tips for a community of over 400 subscribers. This is no madness, this is the power of faith in works.
I had a dream, I got a little scared but I still did it anyway.
This brings us to our Tip this week- Easy Guide on Reaching Out to Founders or Recruiters;
Step 1: Know what you want. Define what roles you are exactly searching for. Then, work on building your personal digital brand. You need to be loud about yourself because if you don’t show them, they won’t see you. Also, you need to show the person you are reaching out to that you sabi.
Step 2: Check out platforms that advertise current companies hiring. Examples are Angel list and Ycombinator, then try connecting with them on viable cold emailing platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
Step 3: The communication stage. whenever, you are sending a message to someone for the first time, you need make it feel personal and humane. Also, remember that words have tones. So, you need to be careful with the kind of words you use. Here are a few unique templates I made to guide you:
ENTRY-LEVEL ROLES
These are jobs with 0-2 years experience;
MID-LEVEL ROLES
These are roles with 3-5 years experience;
SENIOR LEVEL ROLES
These are jobs with 6-10 years experience
INTERNSHIP/ FREELANCE/ CONTRACT ROLES

MUSINGS
It’s a new month, I don’t know what your plans are but this month, I’m going to learn a new technical skill-coding and enhance my digital marketing skills. I’m also going to try reading more financial books and researching on crypto projects. Basically, I want to learn how to make more money.
Why?
Just because, I can.
I think people get scared of achieving big things or aiming so high. They think when they dream small, its easier to achieve. To them, Small dreams don’t give heartbreaks. However, this is true but I have never been heartbroken, so I want to see how much heartbreak I can get from dreaming so big. Because heartbreak or not, I will still eat.
